CURRENCY AND PURCHASING

All prices shown on wild-eden.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All prices include GST, (Goods and Services Tax).

The prices displayed on our website for our products do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout when selecting your preferred delivery method.

Wild-eden.co.nz reserves the right to change prices of our products without notice.

The price of the product that is displayed at the time of ordering is the price that will be honoured.

In accordance with copyright legislation, all designs, brand names, slogans, taglines, logos and any other material on this website cannot be used in any form without written consent from WILD EDEN NZ.

All content on wild-eden.co.nz is published solely for personal use. Whilst you may use and download content and images from our Site for personal use, you may not use this for commercial purposes. Unless you are permitted to do so by WILD EDEN NZ, this content cannot be copied, reproduced, edited or manipulated in any form.

SHIPPING

Please allow a maximum of 5 working days processing time before shipping takes place.

If you have a specific timing request, please email me at [email protected] before placing your order.

We ship all products from our home base in Rotorua, New Zealand using NZ Couriers.

We ship to most countries around the world. Please get in touch if you are unable to check out because your country has no shipping options.

We do not discount shipping unless a discount code is provided. All actual costs of ”shipping” are passed directly on to you.

When determining your total shipping time, please ensure you have allowed time for packaging and processing. Processing time will vary because we handmake earrings on order, and sometimes things can go wrong and your earrings will need to be remade. We will be in touch if your order is running late.

Please ensure you take the time to fill out your contact and delivery details on the checkout page. Wild-eden.co.nz does not take any responsibility for non-delivery or late delivery due to incomplete recipient details or incorrect delivery addresses.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact NZ Couriers if you have a question about your tracking once your order has shipped. 

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, you can always contact me for any return question at [email protected]. If there is an issue with your item (i.e. if you received the incorrect item or an item arrived damaged), please email me within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns. 

However if you have any problems due to faults in the design, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to assist. We will replace any product that has been delivered in damaged condition, providing you have contacted us within 7 days of your order date.  We ask that you retain the entire product as we will generally only replace the damaged component if applicable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot process a return for a change of mind. 

Please ensure you read the product description and once received, read through the Care Instructions and adhere to them. If the earrings get damaged due to you not following the care instructions, we will not replace them. Our earrings are handmade and need to be handled with care.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Avoid wearing in water or high humidity or sandy conditions
  • Do not sleep or work out in earrings
  • Store them safely where they do not get squashed or covered by other earrings to avoid scratching and bending
  • Clean clay with a microfiber cloth
  • Polish brass pieces with Brasso to renew
